What are your systems?
What are you choosing?
Who are you becoming?
Is your routine
the results you want?
Do you know what to do but you're not doing it?
Despite all you have in your life, do you still feel like something is missing?
Are you struggling to carve time out for you?
Is fun something you used to have?
What are your systems?
It has been said that each system is perfect for what it gives you. Perfect. What systems do you have in place in your life and what are they giving you? What are they not giving you? How do your systems impact how you show up vs. how you wish to show up? What decisions are you making or not making that are impacting your day-to-day and how are these decisions helping you move closer to or further away from the person you wish to be?
What life are you choosing?
How do you experience your days? Are you living life on purpose or are you seeking meaning? Are you interacting with others in a way where you feel connected or do you feel more disconnected than ever? Are you making choices that improve your mental and physical states or do sub-optimal habits run the show?
Life is about facing choices and the accumulation of our choices - yes, especially the small ones, which often create our experiences. Still, many of us choose to remain on autopilot fighting for control in our lives. Instead, we often do not realize that we are choosing to try and control what is uncontrollable. The more we try and control what is uncontrollable, the less control we possess. We become increasingly more reactive than creative.
"Everything is a choice. This is life's greatest truth and its hardest lesson. It is a great truth because it reminds us of our power. Not power over others, but the often untapped power to be ourselves and to live the life we have imagined."
~ Matthew Kelly
When we take charge and begin choosing to make our own choices we experience a shift. It is then that the small but smart choices we consistently make begin to make all the difference.
Who are you becoming?
In his book, Atomic Habits, James Clearly powerfully states, "Every action you take is a vote for the type of person you wish to become." Often, we are so focused on the outcome, with our eyes locked on whatever target we have selected, that we fail to see the overall impact of our choices. We are what we repeatedly do. The question is, who we are, is it who we want to be?
Many of us wish for some kind of change in our fundamentals: how we sleep, how we eat, how we move, our weight, and our stress. Some of us wish for change in our relationships: at home, at work, with friends. We wish to see opportunities instead of problems, to create our experiences instead of react to our circumstances. Many of us say "I can't" when what we really mean is "I won't". We dream but we choose not to do.
It has been said that one definition of Hell is that on our last day on earth, the person you became will meet the person you could have become. Still, as we continue to think there is always more time, many of us wait to create a life we are truly proud of, where we show up as our best in service to ourselves, our families, our communities, and the world.
Abraham Maslow said that we have two main choices in life, "One can choose to go back toward safety or forward toward growth. Growth must be chosen again and again; fear must be overcome again and again."
"The secret of getting ahead is getting started."
~ Mark Twain

"Robert is truly the most genuine and humble coach/mentor I have had the privilege (and pleasure!) to work with. I started my coaching journey in June 2021 and he has always made me feel welcome, understood, and appreciated during our sessions together. His passion for coaching and helping others is so evident within his approach, and his warmth, positivity, and humor is contagious! He is a natural empath and continues to go above and beyond in his consistency to be able to see and feel with me. Our conversations are full of uplifting energy, and are insightful and rewarding. I have left every single one of our sessions with clarity, motivation, and the drive to change due to his unparalleled ability to ask crucial questions, which in turn have helped me to come to resolute conclusions about my own life, choices, and future. I would not be where I am today without him and his unwavering support, and the impact that he continues to have has been tremendously life-changing and transformative. He has such a unique ability to pull forth the best from me, and to help me to see and realize my full potential. I would highly recommend Robert as a coach, and if you are in search of the best of the best - then look no further!!
Beck Elizabeth, RN
“Robert has profoundly touched my life. I have left every session with him energized, focused and with clear understanding of how to move forward with precise, attainable goals. He is intuitive beyond belief! A deep listener that has the ability to open you up, unguarded and always asks powerful questions to get you results. He has not only helped me with my business and work but has helped me heal emotionally from insecurities and deep routed emotions I didn’t even realize was having such an effect on my everyday life. I am a new person because of him! I am happier and more confident because of our coaching sessions. In a nutshell, whenever I am faced with an issue I think to myself “What would Robert ask me”.
Anette White, HR
"Robert has a way of asking questions that causes you to have a deep reflection that inspires you to want to be your best. He truly listens and gives you space to explore your thoughts and feelings and create the action plan to move you forward.
